Models are abundant. Context is scarce. A system that does not know how a team actually works will hallucinate a version of work that looks like a demo.
The useful AI product is not the one with the largest model. It is the one that has done the unglamorous work of holding memory, permission, history, and taste.
Context is the material. Intelligence is what you do with it.
